Udbhav is the annual technical extravaganza organized by the Department of Chemical engineering, IIT BHU, Varanasi. We intend to provide a competitive platform for honing technical and professional skills of students, especially those interested in chemical engineering. Flagship contests of the festival include Chem-e-car – competition for automobile enthusiasts based around alternative fuels, Rachna – an industrial process designing contest, Case studies and IDP sponsored by industries, and a veritable pot-pourri of events to nurture the engineering professional inside you.
Past editions of Udbhav have been graced by seasoned and reputed speakers from premier organisations across the country including RIL and ONGC, thus providing the perfect environment for students to enhance their network. This time we, at Udbhav intend to further expand our reachand by inviting chemical engineering students from colleges across northern India.
